Social Distancing is important during this time of crisis due to COVID 19. Emerging technology offers us the ability to help during this global crisis. We created and released this social distancing application on Android as a way to help people stay safe when traveling. The functionality was very intuitive. Start the Augmented Reality Application. As you move your phone around you will see a guide outlining an approximate illustration of social distance in the space around you using augmented reality. Users had the ability to change between various social distancing radius designs. From fire to rulers, we showed people how to stay safe with Augmented Reality.
